Nellie Winnie Windham, 88, of Shelbyville died February 6, 2004 in Nacogdoches. Burial was in Patroon Cemetery. Born September 8, 1915, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of J.M. and Cora Risinger. Mrs. Windham was married to Earl Nile Windham and he preceded her in death. Survivors include sons, Donald Earl Windham and Billy Windham, both of Shelbyville; daughter, Betty Lanell Windham of Shelbyville. Mangum Funeral Home.

BEN BLACKWELL
Ben Blackwell, 82, of Center died February 9, 2004 in Center. Burial was in Smith Cemetery. Born June 15, 1921, in Bartlett, he was the son of Henry B. and Lois Faith Elliston Blackwell. Survivors include his wife, Myrle S. Blackwell of Center; sons, Ben Blackwell, Jr. of Alameda, California and P. R.
