Born January 13, 1918, in Patroon Community, he was the son of John Samuel and Myrtle Esther Crow Fields. Mr. Fields is survived by his wife Nell Whitten Fields of Center; step-daughters, Judy Smith of Orange, Robbie Gunderson of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Billie Skinner of Groves; sisters; twin Lucy Sheppard, Mira Aucoin and Geraldine McGuire, all of Port Arthur Johnnie Merle Waggoner of Sulphur, Louisiana and Nelwyn Ivey of Port Neches. DOROTHY EAKIN Dorothy Eakin, 85, of Bullard died January 13, 2003 in Bullard. Burial was in Corinth Cemetery, Timpson. Born October 14, 1918, in Louann, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Frank and Agnes Cliff Elmore. Mrs. Eakin was married to Joe Edward Eakin, and he preceded her in death.
