FELTON WILKINS Felton Wilkins, 89, lifelong resident of Center, died February 2, 2009. Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center. He was born on June 3, 1919 in Center to George Hardy and Eula Francis Sanford Wilkins. He served in the United States Army during WWII.
