HARLAN E. RILEY Harlan E. Riley, 86, of Center, died February 13, 2013 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, Texas. He was born March 14, 1926 in Gibbon, Nebraska to George and Mable Jackson Riley. He served his country in the U. S. Navy during WWII. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brother, Kenneth Riley.
