COLLIS STEPHENS Collis Stephens, 84, of the Woods Community, died February 18, 2011 in Carthage, Texas. Burial was in Woods Cemetery, Panola County. He was born May 6, 1926 in Nacogdoches County to Clyde Monroe Stephens and Lena Hilliard Stephens. He served his country during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brothers, Lamar Stephens, Elmer Ray Stephens; In-laws, Clarence & Bessie Baldwin, Floyd (Dock) Watson.
