K. P. HANDY K. P. Handy, 78, died February 26, 2008. Burial was in Ashton Hill Cemetery. Born November 23, 1929 He was the son of Jim Handy. Mr. Handy was preceded in death by Brothers, J. D. Handy, W. H. Handy and Bertis Handy, Sr.; Sister, Mary Pitts; Daughter, Carolyn Mosby. Survivors include Sons, Oliver L. Handy of Athens, Richard R. Handy of Ft. Worth; Sister, Mildren Wilburn of Logansport, Louisiana. Community Funeral Home. |
LENA MAE MCCOLLISTER Lena Mae McCollister, 59, died February 8, 2008. Burial was in Carroll Cemetery. Born May 29, 1949 in Center, she was the daughter of Sambo and Georgia McCollister. Ms. McCollister was preceded in death by husband Hilton Lee Polley; daughter, Darlene McCollister ; Son, Patrick Polley; Brother, Robert Earl McCollister; Sisters, Dessie McCollister, Cressie Mae Hester, Eddie Mae McCollister. Survivors include daughters, Aretha McCollister of Center and Stephanie Polley Windom of Nacogdoches. Community Funeral Home. |
ONEITA LATIMER Oneita Latimer, 83, died March 11, 2008 in Beaumont. Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Shelby County. Survivirs include Husband Harold Latimer of Beaumont and Son Kenneth Latimer of Houston. |
