Obituaries
DOUGLAS M. NEAL
    Douglas, M. Neal,  86, died March 11, 2007 in Irving, Texas.  Burial was in Grand Prairie, Texas. Born February 20, 1921, in Center, he was the son of Richard Roscoe Neal and Mary Zelma Windham Neal.  Mr. Neal was retired from the US Air Force.  He was a member of Sam Samford Lodge #149, Center.  He was preceded in death by sisters, Faye Kathryn Beacham, Peggy Ann Neal Forse and son Dr. Dana M. Neal.  Survivors include his wife Alice Chalmers Neal of Granbury; children, Robert D. Neal of McAllen, Marsha Moore of Sunrise Beach, Tom W. Chalmers of Irving, Nikki Neal Allen of Euless, Richard M. Neal of Fort Worth, Ryan Chalmers of Spicewood, John Chalmers of Irving  and Jennifer Mormon of Granbury. Brown's Funeral Home, Irving.
ANNIE BERNICE TOWNS
    Annie Bernice Towns, 96, of Center died March 12, 2007.  Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson.  Born August 23, 1910, in Tenaha, she was the daughter of Aullen Andrew Robertson and Annie Belle Cook Robertson.  Mrs. Towns was preceded in death by Husband, Ebben Towns; sisters, Gladys Barnes, Sallie Hooker and Eddie Templin.  Watson and Sons Funeral Home.
HARRY WILLIAMS
    Harry Williams, 81, of Center died March 9, 2007 in Nacogdoches.  Burial was in Sardis Cemetery.  Born August 14, 1925 in Marion, North Carolina, he was the son of Grover Williams and Mary Polberg Williams.  Mr. Williams was a Veteran of World War II and a retired Lineman with Southwestern Bell.  He was preceded in death by wife, Erma Smith Williams.  Survivors include daughter, Sherry Bishop of Colorado and brothers, Talley Williams, Jack Williams, Fred Williams and Frank Williams, all of North Carolina.  Watson and Sons Funeral Home. 
WILLIAM LOUIS BEASLEY
    Williams Louis Beasley, 59, died March 3, 2007.  Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park.  Mr. Beasley was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Lynn Taylor.  Survivors include wife, Terri Beasley of Conroe; children, Donna Rayburn of Oxford, Mississippi, Scott Beasley of Travis AFB. California, Doug Beasley of Denton, Dan Beasley of Knoxville.  Watson & Sons Funeral Home.
BILLY ISBELL
    Billy Isbell, 70, of Patroon Community died March 14, 2007 at his residence.  Burial was in West Hamilton Cemetery.  Born October 16, 1936, in Runnels County, he was the son of James and Carrie Taylor Isbell.  Mr. Isbell was employed with Champion Paper Company, Pasadena.  He was preceded in death by his parents James and Carrie Isbell; brother, Robert Isbell.  Survivors include wife Jerry "Berry" Isbell of Patroon; children Josh Isbell of Sweetwater, Jace Isbell of Danbury Jeree Bunch of Pearland, Mark Foster of Sugarland, Lisa Martinez of Deer Park; brother Donald Isbell of Brownwood; sister, Jolaine Watson of Beaumont and Verlaine Lafferty of Leander.  Mangum Funeral Home.
PEGGY BOLES VERBOSKY
    Peggy Boles Verbosky, 77, of Houston died March 14, 2007 in Houston.  Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Shelby County.  Born April 18, 1929, in Lufkin she was the daughter of Vesie Victor Boles and Gladys Florence Warren Boles.  Mrs. Verbosky was preceded in death by her Parents; siblings, Kenneth Lamerle McCauley, May Katherine Street and Billy Bruce Boles.   Survivors include daughter, Vikki Carpenter of Bayou Vista and April Box of Spring; Son Norman Verbosky of The Woodlands.  Watson and Sons Funeral Home.  
MINNIE MAE LUMAN
    Minnie Mae Luman, 77, of Tenaha died March, 2007.  Burial was in Mt. Herman Cemetery.  Survivors include son, Dale Luman of Jasper; Sister, Geraldine Smith of Tenaha and brother Carl Smith of Gary.  Hawthorn Funeral Home, Carthage.
