James E. Jackson, 81, of Joaquin died March 11, 2004 in Nacogdoches. Burial was in Jackson Cemetery. Born August 1, 1922, in Shelby County, he was the son of Thomas L. and Oma Jackson. Johnyne P. Bounds, 91, of Center died March 13, 2004 in Center. Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park. Born January 29, 1913, in Many, Louisiana, she was the daughter of George Wesley and Zephia Mae West Phillips. Mrs. Bounds was married to Morris Bounds, and he preceded her in death. WILLIS SIMS HOWARD, JR.
Willis Sims Howard, Jr., 68, died February 3, 2004 in Houston. Burial was in Old Union Cemetery, Tenaha, Texas. Born October 2, 1935, in Tenaha, he was the son of Willis and Mamie Howard. Mr. Howard is preceded in death by his parents Willis and Mamie Howard and daughter Sunday Eve Howard. Margie Yarbrough, 64, of Center died March 11, 2004 in Nacogdoches. Burial was in Westview Cemetery. Born March 23, 1939, in Center, she was the daughter of Elzie and Ethel Smith. Mrs. Yarbrough was preceded in death by her parents, Elzie and Ethel Smith; daughter, Sonya Yarbrough and son, Dexter Yarbrough.
