ETHEL HOLMES Ethel Holmes, 93, of Longview died March 17, 2005, in Longview. Burial was in Blair Cemetery, Timpson. born August 15, 1911, in Carmona, she was the daughter of Ira Mitchell and Bessie Herndon Holmes. Ms. Holmes was retired from MONSCO Supply. She is survived by Niece, nephew and cousins. Mangum Funeral Home. |
WYLIE DEAN KOONCE Wylie Dean Koonce. 43, of Palestine died March 18, 2005, in Palestine. Burial was in White Rock Cemetery, Shelby County. Born July 8, 1961, in Dallas, he was the son of James Alvin Koonce. Mr. Koonce was a Farmer. Survivors include sons, Cody Arnold of Huffman and Caleb Koonce of Nacogdoches; brother, Davis Koonce of Lufkin; sisters, Sara Maynard of South Point, Ohio and Sandra Chruch, Nancy Williams and Cindy Arnold, all of Nacogdoches. EDDIE RUTH DAVIS Eddie Ruth Davis, 75, died March 12, 2005. Burial was in St. John Cemetery. Born March 25, 1930, she was the daughter of Edward Dewie and Willie Pearl Pilot. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Davis, brother, James Edward Pilot and sister, Lillie Horton. Survivors include daughters, Anitra Rona Williams of Cedar Hill and Monica Michelle of Terrell; sisters, Elma White of Dallas, Shirley Suell of Center, Kaye McCoy of Dallas and Myrna Williams of Desoto. J. T. HOLT J. T. Holt, 87, of Center died March 20, 2005. Burial was in Mt. Herman Cemetery. Mr. Holt is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ella Holt, two sisters and three brothers. Survivors include his wife, Eldora Holt of Center; daughters, Sandra Wilson and Phillips Adams, both of Center; sons, Phillip Holt of Fort Worth and Jerry Holt of Brown Mills. AGNES RAINES BOBBITT Agnes Raines Bobbitt, 90, of Lufkin died March 20, 2005. Burial was in White Rock Cemetery. Born June 3, 1914, in Nacogdoches County Texas, she was the daughter of Arilla Jacobs and Gill Chisum. Mrs. Bobbitt was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband Tommy R. Rains, Sr..
