The Shelby County Historical Society will hold its monthly meeting April 21, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Shelby County Museum on Pecan Street. The guest speaker this month will be Mr. Leon Aldridge.  He will speak to us about our local paper, The Light and Champion, where he is the publisher, about other newspapers he has been involved with during his career and about the history of Shelby County's newspapers.
