Howard Allen Lout, 74, of Center, died April 11, 2020 at his home. Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, Texas. He was born on May 21, 1945 in Dreka, Shelby County, Texas to Jewel Maxie Lout and Ruby Lee Payne Lout. He graduated from Center High School in 1964. He served his country in the U. S. Air Force in Okinawa, Japan and in Vietnam in Saigon. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brothers, Billy Mack and Bruce Lout; In-, Mac and Mattie Lou Bussey.
