He was born on February 25, 1943 to Wesley Wayne Kellum and Donnie Delia Broseh Kellum in the Silas Community in Shelby County. He attended Timpson High School. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Sister, Donna Stone. Survivors include, Wife, Judy Kellum; Son, Joshua Kellum & wife, Candace; Daughter, Jennifer Johnson & husband, Terry; Stepsons, Ritchie Arnold, James Arnold. They met on a blind date arranged by one of his cousins. On May 21, 1994, they were married.
