Felicia Jo Norris, age 77, died May 9, 2010 in Houston, Texas. She was
born February 2, 1933 in Brenham, Texas to Theron Ellis and Sue Smith
Floyd Moses. Felicia and her husband, the late Ross Edward Norris, Sr.
grew up together in Center, Texas where they married in 1953. Mrs.
Norris was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Survivors
