The 30th annual Leo and Ada McSwain Memorial Family Reunion will be held in Colmesneil Texas at the McSwain "lakehouse" on Saturday, May 26, 2007. This reunion was started in 1978 by the children of Leo and Ada McSwain and has been held in Colmesneil ever since. The living children of Leo and Ada are Norma George, Odell Hart, and E.C. McSwain. The fourth MYERS FAMILY REUNION will be Saturday June 9, 2007 in the fellowship hall at Ramah Baptist Church. Bring a covered dish for lunch and plan on staying all day. | HAIRLOYD EMANIS Hairloyd Emanis, 81, of Center died May 19, 2007 in Tyler. Burial was in New Hope Cemetery, Shelby County. Born April 21, 1926, in Shelby County, he was the son of Will Emanis and Vada Graves Emanis. Mr. Emanis was retired from the oilfield business. He was preceded in death by Parents, Will and Vada Emanis, Brothers, Adron Emanis and Winston Emanis; Sister, Dixie Adams. Born June 6, 1937, in Groveton, he was the son of Benjamin and Irene Webb Stanley. Mr. Stanley was owner of Stanley's Wood Shop in Tenaha. He had been married to Sandra K. Stanley who preceded him in death.
