CECIL LEON GOINGS
Cecil Leon Goings, 86, of Houston, Texas, died May 25, 2023, in Harris County, Texas. Interment was in Rather Cemetery, Shelby County.  He was born on February 13, 1937, in Shelbyville, Texas, to Linton Franklin Goings and Eula Belle (Campbell) Goings.  He graduated from Shelbyvillle High School.  He served his country with the United States Marines at the Marine Corps Auxillary Air Station (MCAAS) Mojave and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) El Torro as part of station supporting forces for aircraft squadron advanced gunnery range operations and in other capacities. He was preceded in death by his parents.  Survivors include, Son, Kirk Goings.
