The Timpson class of
1967
is having a Class Reunion on July 4th during the Frontier Days
activities. Please plan to meet at the Parade at 10:00 am in front of the
Timpson/Tenaha News Office on the Square. After everyone is there, we will
decide what to do from there. We are looking forward to seeing everyone. If you

around so we can get all our classmates there!!!!
The annual Homecoming and Memorial Day services for the Newburn Cemetery will be held on Saturday June 27, 2009 about 10:00 in the morning. Everyone that has an interest in the cemetery or those buried there is invited to come and join us for our service and dinner on the grounds.

DOROTHY TINSLEY GARRISON Dorothy Louise Tinsley Garrison, 75, of Mauriceville, formerly of Center, died April 25, 2009. Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. She was born August 17, 1933 in Center, to John and Willie Tinsley. She was preceded in death by, Parents; Son, Ronnie Garrison; Brother, J. T. Tinsley; Sister, Shirley Tucker. Survivors include, Husband, Melvin Homer Garrison of Mauriceville; Children, Michael Garrison and wife, Betty of Orange, Gary Garrison of New York, N. Y.; Daughter-in-law, Susan Garrison; Sister, Christie Breaux and husband, Johnny of Orange; Brother, Roy Tinsley of Longview. HELEN HARDY Helen Hardy, 90, of Center, died June 13, 2009 in Center. Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center.
