NORRIS PHIPPS
Norris Phipps, 64, of Tenaha died June 20, 2003 in Nacogdoches. Burial was in Bogata Cemetery. Born August 31, 1938, in Clarksville, he was the son of Vaudie and Vera Young Phipps. Mr. Phipps was married to Wanda Lou Topping, and she preceded him in death. He later married Rosa Kaulza. He is survived by his wife Rosa Kaulza Phipps; son, Brad Phipps of Mt. Pleasant; daughter, Janette Acevedeo of Gainsville; stepsons, Nathan Kaluza of Timpson and Arnold Kaluza; sister, jean Raulston of Paris; brother, Kenneth Phipps of New Boston.
