He was born August 6, 1942 in Silsbee to Herbert Jackson Whitney and Pearl Hayes Whitney. He was preceded in death by his parents. JAMES R. PEAL James R. Peal, 81, died Saturday, July 11, 2009 in Houston. Burial was in Restland Cemetery, Tenaha. He was born on March 20, 1928, in Villa Rica, Georgia to Norman and Hazel Peal. James honorably served his country in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Hazel Peal and brother, William Norman Peal, Jr. Survivors include, Wife, Virginia Ann Peal and numerous other extended family members in North Carolina.
