Charlie James “Jack” Riggans, Jr., 91, of Tenaha, Texas, died July 30, 2021 in Nacogdoches, Texas.  Interment was in Friendship Bobo Cemetery, Timpson, Texas. He was born September 20, 1929 in Tenaha, Texas to Charlie James Riggans, Sr. and Georgia Orton Riggans.  He was raised in Shelby County and graduated from the Timpson Colored High School.   He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Siblings, R.
