Did you know----
Radio Parties were popular in Center during the late 1920's. First the small machines were installed, but the larger ones were making way into the homes and discussions of what occurred in New York, Detroit. On the night of a election the radio told them of how New York went for governor and other states reported election returns. The election returns of New York were known before complete returns of Center South Box. Those having the larger machines in their homes were: T. H. Dillon, W. A. Bridges, B. W. Pearce, J. H. Jacobsen, C. M. Willis and Mrs. P. L. Sandel. The machines reported anything within the United States and Cuba. Time marches on---------
