YBARRA Jesse T. Ybarra, 88, of Center, died September 17, 2019, in Nacogdoches. He was born July 20, 1931 in Texarkana, Texas to Jesus Ernesto Ybarra and Maria Esperanza Gonzalez. He served his country in the Navy as a Corpsman with two tours in The Korean War where he earned; a National Defense Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, Korean Service Medal and a Good Conduct Medal.
