| OTIS O. SANDERS, SR. Otis O. Sanders, Sr., 85, of Center, died October 6, 2008 in Center. As per his request, Mr. Sanders was cremated. He was born September 26, 1923 in Longville, Louisiana to Sam Sanders and Ruby Earl Miller Sanders. Otis proudly served his country during WWII, the Korean War and two tours in Vietnam. He retired as a master Chief Petty Officer and was a lifetime member of the VFW.
