ARNOLD JAY FRAZIER Arnold Jay Frazier, 73, of Center, passed away August 26, 2017, in Center. Jay’s wishes were to be cremated and the family will have a military honors graveside service on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Center. He was born July 23, 1944, in Houston, to Julius Pete Frazier and Thelma Louise Branch. He was honorably discharged from the United States Coast Guard during the Vietnam Conflict.
