The descendants of William Robert and Rachel Hicks Pate will hold their 21st Annual Reunion Saturday, October 29th at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, Center, Texas, beginning at 10:30AM. Friends and relatives of the Pate family are invited to attend and bring a covered dish. Drinks, Bread and Paper good will be furnished. Please bring any family photos of any family articles that would be of interest. Don't forget the silent auction table.

MAYZELL SAMFORD WHITE Mayzell Samford White, 63, of Gary died October 20, 2005. Burial was in Ramah Cemetery, Shelby County. Born May 25, 1922, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of Nugent and Cleo Samford. Survivors include husband, John A. GENIE V. GRIFFITH Genie V. Griffith, 80, died October 22, 2005. Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park. Born June 25, 1925 in Seattle, Washington, she was the daughter of Gabriel C. Verbaan and Elizabeth Overton. Mrs. Griffith was an artist and homemaker. Survivors include daughter, Toni Lebeck of Reno, Nevada and Carolyn Hannigan of Center; son, Mike Martini of Alamo, California; sisters, Loretta Baker of Newport Beach, California. BILL SIGLER Bill Sigler, 65, of Carthage died October 15, 2005. Burial was in Short Cemetery. Born January 1, 1940, in Center he was the son of Alton and Narnie Sigler. He was a Veteran having served in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Sigler was preceded in death by his daughters, Judy Ann and Brenda Kay Sigler and sister Wilda Porter. Survivors include his wife, Dora Ann Sigler; son William Sigler, Jr.; daughter, Teresa Youngblood of Commerce; stepsons,Paul Cocrah of Seattle, Washington; stepdaughter Tany Steckenrider of Christopher, Illinois; brother, Otis Norfleet Sigler of Bossier City, Louisiana; sisters, Thelma Scott of Cener, Velma Woodle of Bagoda and Mary Helen Blackburn of Midwest City, Oklahoma.
