Descendants of Francis Marion Hooper to meet on Nov. 6, 2004 in Westlake, La. at the Managan Building on Sampson Street. (The address and front door is on McKinley ... but it is at the first traffic signal after you start down the main street ... Sampson.)  All Hoopers are invited.  We are asking for a $5 fee to pay for the building and bring some food and  drinks for your family. We will (hopefully) have a lot of pictures to look at. And I will be previewing my book about Pawpaw's family. He was the second  Francis Marion ... in a row of four. His dad (first), his son (third) and his  grandson (fourth) and somewhere along the line ... his son and grandson were both called Jr.  Anyone can contact me at Macile9436@yahoo.com
