She was born on June 19, 2000 in Nacogdoches to Philip Taylor Reynolds and Linda Joy Allen. Lily grew up in Center and attended Center ISD. She was proud to be a Roughrider and was involved in numerous activities and organizations such as Theatre, Band, and Spanish Club. She was also a Chaparral and manager for the CHS Cheerleaders.
