WARDELLA SMITH Wardella Smith, 77, died December 2, 2006. Burial was in Strong Cemetery. Born August 5, 1929, she was the daughter of Waymon and Bertie Hendricks Holt. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include, husband, Earl Smith; daughters, Susan Giddens of Plain Dealing, Louisiana and Stayce Malone of Rockwall, Texas. EDGAR LOREN "COOTIE" ENMON Edgar Loren "Cootie" Enmon, 81, of Ponchatouia, Louisiana died December 2, 2006. Burial was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Shelby County. Born July 27, 1925, in Center he was the son of Charlie and Minnie Green Enmon. Mr. Enmon was a Veteran of World War II, having received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and numerous other accommodations. He was a member of Shelbyville Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Arnett; brothers, Whimpy Enmon and Dick Enmon; sisters, Verna Alexander and Edith Jones. Survivors include wife, Wanda Askew Enmon; son Tom Enmon; daughters, Loren Enmon, Lesa Enmon, Lynn E. Marino; stepson, David Lout; Stepdaughter Diana Ballard. Watson & Sons Funeral Home. |
CHARLES W. ADAMS Charles W. Adams, 55, of San Antonio died December 4, 2006 in Houston. Burial was in Strong Cemetery, Shelby County. Survivors include Daughter, Natasha Rushing of Deer Park; Son, Kevin Mickelic of Houston; sister, Linda Coats of Nacogdoches. Watson & Sons Funeral Sons. |
GLADYS WARR Gladys Warr, 99, of Center died December 6, 2006. Burial was in Short Cemetery. Mrs. Warr was born August 25, 1907. Survivors include Daughter, Dolores Walker of Center; sons, Kenneth Warr of Carencro, Louisiana and Gaylor Warr of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Watson & Sons Funeral Home. |
