JESSIE SALTER Jessie Salter, 92, of Village Mills, formerly of Shelby County, died December 5, 2011 at his residence. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born February 13, 1919 in Grigsby to parents, Rubin Richard and Stellar Fults Salter. He served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps during WWII. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Daughter, Freida. MARY LYNN RAYBOURN Mary Lynn Raybourn, 87, of Tenaha, died December 2, 2011 in Houston. Burial was in Ramah Cemetery, Shelby County. ALEXANDER MARTIN SONIER Alexander Martin Sonier, 81, of Timpson, Texas, died December 4, 2011 in Timpson. Burial was in Timpson Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. He was born August 04, 1930, in Beaumont, Texas to Moise and Bertha Brown Sonier. Mr. Sonier retired from the U.S. Navy after serving during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
