CHARLES MONOE ARMSTRONG Charles Monroe “Chuck” Armstrong, 67, died on December 12, 2014 at Willis Knighton Medical Center North in Shreveport, Louisiana. Interment was in Tennessee Cemetery, Shelby County. He was born on July 3, 1947 in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana to parents Charles Monroe Armstrong, Sr. and Helen Louise Rutherford Armstrong. He served his country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Sister, Brenda Harrison; Son, Charles Michael Armstrong.
