Constable Kevin W. Windham

            Kevin W. Windham was born January 22, 1963, in  Center, Texas to James Wyatt Windham and Nettie Brittain Windham. His Grandparents were Earl and Nellie Risinger Windham and Gene and Rosie Scarber Brittain.
His brothers are James Keith Earl Kyle and Kenneth Wyatt Windham and sister Kathy Diane (deceased). He attended Shelbyville Schools and The Texas Baptist Institute and Seminary in Henderson, Texas.  He married Lisa Lynelle Waller, of the Neuville Community on July 18, 1980.  He is an ordained Baptist Minister and pastor of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. 
            In 1992 he was elected Constable of Precinct 2 and has served as Constable for over 15 years.
