We the undersigned citizens of Shelbyville request the Honorable Legislature of the State of Texas to Incorporate the Town of Shelbyville, with the usual power and privileges of similar Incorporations and with the usual Officers. The Charter to extend throughout the forms or Act of Incorporation – as ? with the original plans of the town.
