Larry E. McDonald, 68, of Center, Texas, died November 8, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on November 19, 1955, in Houston, Texas, to Nolan McDonald and Virginia (Parker) McDonald.  He graduated from Shelbyville High School Class of 1974. He was preceded in death by, Parents; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Jimmy and Betty Faye Bailey.  Survivors include, Wife, Larenda Bailey McDonald; Children, Casey Lovell and husband Bradley, Lindsey Snell and husband Stephen, Jason McDonald and wife Lyndy; Brother, Gary McDonald and wife, Angela; Sister, Tammy Steptoe and husband, Bruce; Sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Rhonda and Wesley Warr, Renea and Jesse Rich, Inette and Dave O’Neal, Marla and Russell Coy.

Myrtis Marie Gardner McClelland , 79, of Center, Texas, died November 12, 2024, at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas.  Interment was in St. Johns Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born to the late Maurice Gardner and Mary Ella Allen Gardner in Center, Texas on December 20, 1944.  She graduated from C. H. Daniels High in 1962.  She was co-owner of the historic Hicks Mortuary LLC.  Survivors include, Children, C. Anthony McClelland, Kristi Rachelle McClelland; Brothers, Rev. Billy E. Johnnye Beth Kramer, 93, died November 17, 2024.  Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, Texas.  She was born May 7, 1931, in Center, Texas. A memorial celebration of life is planned for December 27, 2024, at First Methodist Church in Center at 2pm.
