CHARLES TOWNSEND FRAME
Charles "Charlie" Townsend Frame, 18 months, died May 6, 2024. Interment will be in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center, Texas. He was born in Tyler, Tx on November 13, 2022. After a long hospital stay, he was finally able to come home on April 6, 2023. He was the last little puzzle piece that the Frames needed to complete their growing family. Charlie is survived by, Father and mother, John and Shelley Frame of Center; Siblings: Bella, John Jr, Travion, Jace, and Camryn.
