Shirley Owens, 82, formerly of Center, died April 30, 2026. A celebration of life will be held Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 11am at First Baptist Church of Center.

PAUL MULLINS
Paul Mullins, 68, of Timpson, died May 10, 2026.  Interment was in Good Hope Cemetery, Shelby County.  He was preceded in death by, Parents, V.E. and Dorothy Mullins; Sister, Joyce Shrum, Brother, Vernon Mullins.  Survivors include, Wife, Paula; Children, Angela Mullins. Jason Mullins, and wife, Kim, Jonathan Mullins, and wife, Jodi.
Services are under the direction of Taylor Funeral Home, Timpson.

ANNIE B. SIMIONS
Annie B Simions, 78, of Carthage, Texas, died May 7, 2026, in Carthage, Texas. Interment was in St. John Cemetery, Tenaha.  She was born to Tom Boykin and Ruthie Mae Williams Boykin in Tenaha, Texas.  Survivors include, Brothers, Tom Boykin Jr., Henry Boykin; Sisters, Della Mae Boykin, Ernestine Boykin, Glennie Boykin, Betty Sue Boykin.

BRENDA BARR
Brenda Barr, 80, of Longview, Texas, died April 17, 2026, in Austin, Texas.  Interment was in Folsom Chapel Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born July 14, 1945, in Shelbyville, to Frank Sims and Maxine Edge Sims Miller.  She was preceded in death by, Husband, Fred Barr; Parents; Siblings, Nelda Schilhab, Reito Sims; Brother-in-law, Bill Schilhab.  Survivors include, Son, Brett Letizia-Barr; Siblings, Phyllis King, Ronnie Sims.

ELLA FAYE BRIDGE
Ella Faye Bridge, 71, of Nacogdoches, formerly of Huxley, died April 24, 2026. Her wishes were to be cremated.
