LELA MAE JENKINS
Lela Mae Jenkins, 59, of Center, died May 26, 2024 at Focused Care of Center. Interment was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Shelby County.  She was born March 12, 1965.
Services are entrusted to Community Funeral Home, Center, Texas.

 

 

ETTA JANE ADKINSON FERGUSON
Etta Jane (Adkinson) Ferguson, 63, died May 31, 2024 in Nacogdoches.  Interment was in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Nacogdoches County.  She was born August 11, 1960 in Chillicothe, Texas to Willie K. Adkinson and Velma Lorene (McIntyre) Adkinson.  She was preceded in death by, Parents; Husband, Billy Joe Ferguson; Children, Vanessa and Billy Joseph Ferguson; Brother, Kent Adkinson.  Survivors include, Sister, Betty Joyce Ferguson & husband Willis of Garrison; Brother, Willie Lee Adkinson of Center and her sister-in-law, Cissy Adkinson, also of Center
Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors will be in charge of arrangements.

IVAN JERAL VAN DER SCHAAF
Ivan Jeral Van Der Schaaf, 83, died June 4, 2024, at his home in Center, Texas. Interment was in Oaklawn Memorial Park, Center.  He was born February 2, 1941, in Maurice, Iowa, to John I. and Louise Van Der Schaaf.  He was preceded in death by, Parents; Brother-in-law, Clarence Van Meekeren.  Survivors include, Wife, Wanda; Daughters, Ila and Don Wheeler of Center, Texas, Wynae and Stephen Hinton of Gresham, Oregon, Wanita and John Shofner of Center, Texas, Iletha and Bobby Joe, Jr. (Joey) Fountain of Center, Texas; Sister, Jean Van Meekeren; Brother and sister-in-law, Merril and Marilyn Van Der Schaaf.

JACQUELINE ROBINSON
Jacqueline (Jackie) Robinson, 65, of Timpson, died May 23, 2024, in Nacogdoches. Interment was in Smyrna Cemetery, Timpson, Texas.  She was born July 21, 1958 at Lackland Air Base, San Antonio, Texas, to Dorzer Lee and Joe Nathan Robinson, Sr.  She was preceded in death by, Father, Joe Nathan Robinson, Sr.; Son, Deundra Demond Bryant; Sister, Mary Ethel Robinson.  Survivors include, Mother, Dorzer Lee Robinson of Timpson; Brothers, Starling Robinson (Paula) of Houston, Joe Nathan Robinson Jr. (Celeste) of Houston.
