Born October 16, 1918, in Shelby County, he was the son of Vessie and Gladys Warren Boles. RICHARD R. LOCKE---Richard Locke, 78, of the Old Center Community died September 21, 2002 in East Texas Medical Center. Burial was in Oaklawm Memorial Park. Mr. Locke was born May 23, 1924.
